About Us

Doug is a co-founder of Elevate and dedicated to upholding our mission, vision, and values through all aspects of the company. Prior to founding Elevate, Doug worked at Heartland Dental in their operations department helping practices reach their full potential. Before Heartland, Doug was an investor in Goldman Sachs’ Special Situation Group. Doug completed his Fulbright Scholarship at the University of Cologne, Germany and his BBA with honors at the University of Texas at Austin. When not in the office, Doug is almost always in the mountains skiing, biking, and climbing.

Matt Hendrick is a co-founder of Elevate. Before founding Elevate, Matt worked for Boston-based private equity firm, AVALT Holdings. During his time there, he looked at a wide range of DSO investments and developed an extensive understanding of the DSO landscape, business models, and structures, which led him to co-found Elevate. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Matt is passionate about building a business that has the potential to change an industry for the better. Outside of Elevate, Matt enjoys exploring all of the amazing things Colorado has to offer with his wife, Meredith, and daughter, Vivian.

As Vice President of Operations, Jacob is responsible for ensuring Elevate provides tailored support to each of our practices so that our doctors can lead the practice that they’ve always wanted. Prior to joining Elevate, Jacob held various roles leading strategy and deal execution at multi-billion dollar public companies. Outside of Elevate, Jacob loves spending time with his wife and children and doing just about anything outdoors in beautiful Colorado.

Ryan Hodges is Elevate’s Vice President of Finance in charge of providing our partners with the financial and operational information to lead their practice to success. Ryan comes to Elevate with a wealth of experience in asset management and investment banking, having advised on over $17bn of public and private corporate M&A. Prior to Elevate, he worked at J.P. Morgan in the Energy Investment Banking group where he provided advisory and capital market solutions to corporations ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior experience also includes positions held at Moelis & Company, Virtus Real Estate Capital and Dimensional Fund Advisors. Ryan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance and is a CFA charterholder.

Jessica O’Quin leads Elevate’s Human Resources and is key believer that our people are what provide us a strategic advantage over our competitors. Jessica has worked across multiple industries including publishing, telecommunications, and renewables. Jessica has a passion for mentoring and growing talent from within an organization and enjoys partnering with the business to ensure we have the right people to achieve our mission.  She holds a B.S. in Business Administration (HR) and a M.B.A(International Business) from the University of Colorado. Outside of Elevate, you will find Jessica, with her husband, at one of their three sons’ sporting or school events where she is actively involved with the community.

Jenny Organista is a Revenue Cycle leader with over 13 years of experience in the dental industry. She was featured as a speaker at the Inaugural Dental RCM Bootcamp, and published an article in DEO Magazine, in which she explained how to Improve Productivity and Profitability with Revenue Cycle Management. She also played a strategic role in the expansion of a regional DSO, based in New York City. Jenny has now joined the Elevate Dental Partners leadership team as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, and she will be building a robust RCM department that will support the growth of the organization.

Jenny was born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in New York City, where she graduated Cum Laude from Berkeley College with a specialization in Health Services Management. After college, Jenny completed her Strategic Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Her passion centers around a growth mentality, while ensuring her team develops personally and professionally. Jenny lives in Denver with her husband Eric and their dog, Teddy. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, painting, and traveling!

As Director of Operations, Greg believes in building relationships with doctors and teams to come up with a unique plan that is catered to the doctor’s vision and goals. With over ten years of operational experience with large and small groups, he has worked with over 100 practices and countless dentists all over the country. Prior to working with Elevate, Greg was a Regional Director of Operations at Heartland Dental where he led company initiative by building a presence from scratch in the Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and New Mexico. Greg believes that his exposure to highly successful doctors and teams has given him a vast amount of resources to support our partners and teams to reach their goals.

As Director of Business Development at Elevate, Josh is responsible for leveraging the company’s value-added resources to identify and cultivate long-term, successful partnerships with prospective doctors and their practices. Prior to joining Elevate, Josh was at Gen4Dental Partners, where he was responsible for all phases of the M&A strategy across different geographic regions and subspecialties of dentistry. Josh began his career in the investment banking industry as an analyst at Goldman Sachs and subsequently in the private equity industry with Warburg Pincus, where he focused his efforts on scaling a large, healthcare-focused portfolio company. Josh graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and his M.B.A from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.

Ashlee has been a practicing hygienist for over 14 years. She started her career in a small, private practice that later grew to become one of Elevate’s founding and most successful offices. As the company’s hygiene mentor, Ashlee works with doctors to help hygienists reach their full potential. Ashlee loves supporting our teams and helping them to grow by fostering transparent, communicative relationships. Ashlee has brought a unique skill set to Elevate by supporting our partners with training programs, mentorship, hygiene focused study clubs. In her free time, she loves singing with her local band and enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors with her husband and one-year old daughter.
